The Chicago Classic String Ensembles have been performing in the Chicagoland area since 1999, providing music for a wide range of events: weddings, funerals, parties, receptions, schools, and church services.

The Quartet’s repertoire spans a broad range, encompassing classical, baroque, romantic, and modern music, as well as popular songs and Broadway showtunes.

All the musicians in the string quartet are graduates from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music and are currently faculty at the String Academy of Chicago.

Our ensembles include:

• String quartet (2 violins, viola and cello)
• String trio: 2 violins and Cello
• String Duo: 2 violins or violin and viola
• Other additional instruments: piano, guitar or voice.
